Our charming farmhouse includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for families or small groups, equipped with all modern amenities. Sleeps a maximum of 8 if couch is used as a bed.

Located just steps away from the Katy Trail, we are a great choice for riders looking for convenient and comfortable lodging. Ride or walk the trail for miles either direction.

If you are looking for a new experience, this is it. Enjoy the huge windmill fan at the top of the converted grain bin while relaxing in this quiet luxurious space in an incredible county setting. Enjoy either the private balcony or the large patio with firepit and gas grill. Firewood provided. Also a great location for Katy Trail riders/walkers.

The property also features an event space accommodating up to 40 guests, making it ideal for small celebrations, meetings, or private events. Full property rentals are available.
